Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Functional
Drive accuracy across within DC operations
Complete cycle count and exception count processes on timely basis
Complete counts as required to support operation issues
Participate in annual count preparations and processes
Timely investigation and resolution of inventory control issues
Monitor, delegate or action Daily Inventory Control task list as assigned.
Large shrink investigation and resolution
Identify trends and opportunity in DC processes to improve accuracy
Professional, timely communication with home office and DC teams on status of issues and requests
Partner with IT and Loss Prevention as needed for issue resolution.
Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them
Operate at all times in accordance with Indigo Health and Safety standards

Qualifications
Your Experience
1-3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role within supply chain or retail organization
Previous experience with SAP and WMS is considered an asset
Competencies / Skills / Attributes
You are a high performer. You’re engaged and have good communication skills. You are results orientated and have a strong willingness to learn.
You have a talent for meeting Key performance indicators and use your high energy and self-confidence to work with the team in a fast paced logistics team environment.
Proficient in warehouse management and ERP systems to support issue investigation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs, specifically Excel and Access
Strong knowledge of DC operations and inventory control processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with complex data systems and perform detailed analysis
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Can lift up to 40lbs
Must be MHE certified or willing to be trained on MHE equipment. (Order Picker, Aisle Master, Dock stocker, Walkie, Counter balance, Reach and EMB)
