Job Description


As the Coordinator, Loyalty Marketing you will support the execution of all loyalty operational activities. This includes managing loyalty promotions, communications and marketing campaigns, as well as acting as a key business partner to the stores to support with planning and operational logistics.

  • Manage the end-to-end loyalty promotion process including form submission, testing, and quality assurance validation
    • For all Mass and Targeted offers:
      • Complete Promotion Request Form with support for Promotions Team
      • Test implementation of promotion with IT Team
      • Manage approval of terms with Legal Team
      • Ensure timely and full communication with other internal stakeholders as required; including, Marketing BU, Retail Team and Customer Service
  • Manage newsletter contests and exclusive opportunities including collaborating with external partners, drafting rules and regulations, online production and fulfillment
  • Execute creative briefs, store communication omni- channel promotions for marketing campaigns
  • Manage requests to the Customer Intelligence team for measurement of Loyalty activities and promotions; produce and socialize results with internal stakeholders
  • Support all stores with consistent resources, including Loyalty Champion committee
  • Manage all Customer Service inquiries related to loyalty initiatives
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of all relevant invoices



  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail or marketing role, with a strong understanding of the retail environment
  • Previous experience in Loyalty Marketing, Events, or Public Relations an asset
  • University educated or equivalent Post-secondary degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong creative aptitude (copy writing, design direction)
  • Superior project-management skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Positive attitude with a high degree of self-motivation and dynamism
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems in an innovative or creative manner
  • Energetic self-starter with an interest in developing strong relationships and partnerships
  • Highly capable with Word, Excel and PowerPoint software
  • Bilingualism in English and French considered an asset
